Jesus Hates Zombies (Comic)

While randomly hunting for zombie goodness, which as you already know I do constantly, I accidentally-intentionally came across the comic series Jesus Hates Zombies.  Is that possible?  It must be, because I did it.

Comic books make me happy.  Zombie comic books make me giggle.  As a general rule religion usually makes me wretch, and werewolf/time travel cross overs do something else to me entirely. This particular comic book caused so many mixed emotions I almost fainted.  Um…  excuse me where did you hide my Ativan?

The basic storyline is a post apocalyptic second coming.  Jesus is back, and hes going to bust some heads.  Jesus… in a biker jacket…  with a zombie side kick.  Is he a side kick?  That part confused me just a tiny bit.

The comic cameo appearances and (Watch for it…) hilarious reappearance of mankind’s savior on earth were more then enough to gain this small  publication rank of epicness in my mind.

Now the big question is, where do I get this wonderful work of art?  The very BEST way is to go down to your local comic shop.  If they don’t already carry it, tell them you want to see Jesus Hates Zombies on the shelves.  If they still won’t budge, check out 215ink.com.
