Preparation is vital for survival, and no matter the situation (Zombie apocalypse to hurricane) This kit from PHI Emergency Management Systems is the second version of their original “Zombie Survival Kit”. It is one of the most complete kits available, and works for a wide variety of emergencies. (Rather then just our favorite emergency)
Everything is packed in a military grade 3 day assault pack, which is roomy enough to fit the entire kit plus extra supplies or personal items. The pack is covered in PALs webbing, which makes it easy to attach other items to the bag. It is also incredibly comfortable, despite the heavy weight when fully loaded, making it a great choice for a bug-out bag. They’ve attached a Velcro patch to the front that designates it a Zombie Survival Kit. (And has a cool Bio-hazard label)
The only real novelty in this kit is the Zombie Area Warning Sign included. It is made out of heavy gauge aluminum and the only real feature it has for a survival situation is if you needed to use it for a plate. (Which works great) But what it is great for is decoration. Pin it up in your office, bedroom, or just about anywhere you need a bit of zombified pep!
Inside the kit you’ll find enough supplies to sustain the average adult for three days, first aid supplies, tools and various other helpful objects. I really enjoy the fact that the majority of the components added to the kit are multi-function.
